All our projects have a dedicated construction manager to oversee the project which ensures our clients have a dedicated single point of contact throughout the project.

7 Simple steps to to working with HCJ CONSTRUCTION
Step 1 - Send through your project documents
We will review your documents and let you know if it’s a project we would like to tender for.
Step 2 - Site Visit
After a review, we will arrange a site visit so we can sit down and discuss the project along with a survey of your existing property. This is also your chance to see if we would be a good fit for you.
Step 3 - Estimation
Following our site visit, we will look to prepare a detailed and quantified estimate for your project. All of our estimates are prepared by an experienced quantity surveyor and we aim to have estimates returned within 10 days of our site visit.
Step 4 - Tender Return
Once we have completed your tender, we will provide you with a detailed estimate that gives full transparency of all the costs involved, allowing you to make an informed decision.
Step 5 - Tender Review
If our cost is of interest then this is when we will look to arrange a tender review meeting. This offers you the chance to ask any questions, fully understand all elements of the project, and we can iron out any concerns you may have.
Step 6 - Pre-Construction
Once instructed we then will enter Pre-Construction phase. This allows us to put in place any measures needed prior to commencing, including producing a programme of works, agreeing payment terms, insurances, signing of contracts, ordering materials and gaining any relevant permissions required.
Step 7 - Construction
Now to the fun bit! Or messy bit for you 
… But definitely exciting seeing your plans come alive.
Once construction starts onsite you will have one point of contact in the form of a contract manager, throughout the project we will hold regular site meetings and keep you informed at every stage.
Custom – Design – Build
One of the factors we are really proud of is our ability to work closely with clients on unique building projects with our sister company H&C Joinery. We have full workshop facilities that allows us to manufacture bespoke joinery products such as doors, windows stairs and hand made furniture.
